We want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you purchase from us!

Because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the customization process of your personalized items. Any possible changes can Only be made within maximum 1 day of confirmed order. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item. There’s a strict policy on no return or exchange. Returns/Exchange are accepted if you receive a defective, damage or incorrect product.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us immediately.

Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition. The returned jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration. The customer is liable for the return shipping charges.

We will not reimburse for any duties, customs, shipping, port charges or taxes or any additional charges that you might have paid to your authorities. We only refund the cost of the item purchased.
