Made this recipe for dinner tonight. Pan fried the noodles for chicken chow menu. Very delicious! I used 1 cup of AP flour, 1 large egg and pinch of salt and 35 ML of water. I used my kitchen aid to combine and I manually kneaded for 3 minutes. The dough was very dry, but it smoothed out when I put it through the pasta roller. Then I used my capellini pasta attachment to cut the noodles.

James,
Fresh noodles should be used with in 2 days. If you have leftover, you can package it well and place in fridge.

What can you do to store the rest? Can you freeze it or something?
