Love this recipe, I've been making it for over a year now and it has become a staple.

Sometimes we replace the winter melon with daikon (white radish), which holds its firmness a little better and doesn't end up as soft as the winter melon.

Finnnally made this over the weekend after I got ahold of winter melon at my local Asian market, and omg it was sooo good! We had a snow storm, and it was the perfect winter treat! Thanks for sharing!
