Yes you can try but the Har Gow will be the same transparent as the wheat starch version.

Amazing recipe! It worked out perfectly. I subbed tapioca starch for potato starch which gave the skins a delightful chew. Very well done. I highly recommend this recipe. Only thing is that I would maybe 1.5x the amount of filling. I had quite a bit of leftover dough -- The ample filling only made it more delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‰
