Hi Elaine, I made this on 27 Sep 2022, and doubled the recipe for my family. This is very easy to prepare, recipe ingredients and steps were followed exactly as written. And this is worthy of 10 stars, it is that good! Very well liked by myself and my family (Thai). Thank you for a great recipe.

I suggest not cooking it ahead. But you can prepare all the ingredients well and fridge previously. Stir-frying process just take 5 minutes.
