Longtime subscriber to your great recipes. If there is such a thing, could you post a "duck sauce" recipe as we Americans call it? It's the marmalade-ish-colored sweet sauce that comes in little packets with all fast food Chinese-American delivery. Lee Kum Kee's version is called a "plum sauce," but it's a bit tangier than what we're accustomed to. Of course, that's only if the request isn't an insult to Chinese cuisine.

I'd also love to see a good Chinese hot mustard recipe, restaurant-quality.
